We currently have a standard fixed fee for most of our services irrespective of the property type, tenure, age, location or condition. For the larger or more expensive properties, our quoted fee will reflect the size or estimated value of the property.

We hold a £1,000,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance on an each and every claim basis
We hold a £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance on an each and every claim basis.
We are available to carry out most property inspections as long as we have one or two days notice and our reports are usually available two or three days after the property inspection.
